Cannot recommend this store highly enough. It has an extensive and excellent choice of tools and materials for both the professional tradesman and the DIYers. However it is the staff who should be commended. They are polite and courteous, extremely knowledgeable of their products and their expert help and advice is invaluable.

What a team at this store, they were always on the ball and helpful. Happy to have chat for a few minutes if they had them. The service was second to none and then the covid lockdown came... Not only did these guys take it utterly in their stride, getting right back on top of things so I could keep doing what I do, They have done it with the same smiley and chatty nature as always. Awesome people who it will never be possible to thank enough for their hard work to ensure we can keep so much of what we need working.

Great service start to finish. Ordered multiple things for collection and delivery in recent months. I cannot pick fault with any of them. Excellent product range and great staff in branch who were very helpful in finding the correct fitting for an awkward plumbing job. A++++

Went there while on holiday bc some things in my Air BnB needed a fix. Great service, an employee came right up to me to offer his assistance, gave me recommendations and even tried to explain how to fix certain things when i told him laughingly that i had no clue what i was doing. I managed to not break anything any further but to actually fix them! 😄 Thank you, David.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There is always someone who has a smile on their face as soon as you walk in the door. Have ordered for collection and delivery from them recently and cannot fault the service especially since this COVID 19 situation. Collected yet another order today from them and got talking about how i took the last of there stock for something a week or so ago. David mentioned they we getting a delivery today and to check the website after a certain time to see if they get it back in. Happily recommend them to everyone to everyone A+++++

Nicest and most helpful staff I’ve came across. David is one of the friendliest and helpful person I’ve came across! Never had any problems with both click and collect or in store orders and service is always friendly and speedy

The staff in the Perth branch are very helpful and provide excellent advice about avaliable or alternative products. The click and collect service is very efficient. The staff are also helpful at reminding me of any additional fixings I may need to complete a job. Thank you all.

The guys here are great, super friendly and nothing is a problem. I had two items i needed to return, one faulty and one I bought the wrong thing and they exchanged them with ease. Very grateful for that. There’s a screwfix near by but I find my local Perth branch staff are patronising, impatient and not helpful which is why I’ll choose Toolstation first. Just my experience.

Always try to use tool station rather than the competitor a hundred yards away. Staff always helpful and polite. They know their stuff too and morning is too much trouble for them
